Owners, Nick & Holly Zervos have been serving the “best of the best” seafood to locals and visitors alike for over TEN YEARS now. This very popular eating and drinking establishment is without a doubt “the busiest restaurant” in all of Brevard County. Just stop in for lunch, an economical early bird, dinner or just an appetizer and a drink at the bar and you’ll see what makes Florida’s Seafood Bar & Grill every seafood lover’s favorite place to visit. The food here is the freshest you’ll find anywhere, simply because they serve more seafood than any other restaurant around. If you’re not already a regular patron of this well known seafood establishment, then you should make a visit and “Taste What Everyone is Talking About”! The quality, quantity and freshness of the seafood here is unsurpassed. Since their opening day in August of 1997, this establishment has been making their customers happy by the droves, from opening to closing, 7 days a week.

Lunch is served daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and starts at a nominal $5.99. Included with all luncheon sandwiches and platters are one’s choice of Cole slaw or Garden, Greek or Caesar salad; choice of baked potato, pasta, French fries, rice or vegetable and, of course, their famous sugar dusted homemade fritters. Early Bird dinners are available 7days a week from 4-6 p.m. and are modestly priced from just $8.99. Their dinner menu, starting at just $9.99 is available from 4 p.m. to closing nightly, but also is available at lunchtime, by request. All Early Bird & regular dinners arrive with choices of the above sides.

As you enter and proceed past the host area, you’ll find a belly-up oyster bar, high top lounge tables & chairs, a belly-up martini bar and an upper lounge dining area to your right. The main dining room and a banquet room now sit behind the bars and lounge. The entire restaurant including the lounge and bars are totally non-smoking. The walls in the dining areas are adorned with life size hand-painted murals and unique pieces of interesting nautical décor that is constantly being updated. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is way above par. Happy Hour is observed at the bar from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily with 2-4-1 well cocktails.

If you have a penchant for shrimp, well you’re at the right place as Florida’s Seafood is “Where Shrimp Happens”! The varieties are numerous. You could start with a chilled shrimp cocktail or a fried rock shrimp cocktail, or how about shrimp Rockefeller or rock shrimp Parmalini? They all are excellent appetizers. For an entrée you could have medium sized shrimp, large shrimp, jumbo shrimp or rock shrimp. The best part is you can have your shrimp prepared just to your liking. Broiled, fried, steamed or scampi(ed). What ever way you decide, you can plan on them being “The Best”!

Florida’s Seafood is also the place “Where Oysters Happen”! You can get your oysters raw, by the dozen, or as shooters, served as a 6 pack or a 12 pack. You can have your oysters steamed, scampi(ed).barbecued, Rockefeller or Casino, Philly cheese, crab & trout stuffed or with bacon and parmesan. The folks here say: “If ya’ had ‘um a way we don’t sell ‘um, let us know, as we are always lookin’ for a new way of cookin’ ‘um! Oysters can be ordered as an appetizer, a double appetizer (pick 2 varieties), or as an entrée. They also serve local steamed clams (when available) and Maine mussels too. Just because Florida’s specializes in shrimp & oysters, don’t forget about their fresh fish, crab legs, crab cakes, chicken, steak, prime rib, pasta dishes, Marsala and Piccata dishes, their famous seafood combos and their lobster tails, all of which are equally well prepared and delicious. A Little Mates Menu of 6 entrees is offered to children, for just 399 pennies.

What ever you decide upon to eat, I guarantee that you will leave this place very happy with the food quality and quantity, the speedy service and the value of the dollar spent.
